Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of FL. Therefore, all orders shipping within FL will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us during business hour to change your order.

Exports

Tuner Store is bound by certain trade restrictions, so it is necessary that we know the country of ultimate destination and recipient for shipments. All commodities, technology, or software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Tuner Store will not provide any export documents or export related documents for shipments not being exported from a Tuner Store location and partners. Tuner Store will not complete NAFTA or AUSFTA documents.

Warranty

Tuner Store does not offer any warranty on the products it sells. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.

Off-Road Use ONLY Products and Emissions Regulation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Tuner Store are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. Tuner Store does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s), herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.

Backorders and Discontinued Parts

Some parts are made to order and may ship a few weeks/months later. Some parts could be discontinued by manufacturers without any notice. Feel free to contact us prior to purchase to check the shipping times and availability. 

Pricing

Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of Tuner Store. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the client the option to pay the difference.  

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Tuner Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tuner Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tuner Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tuner Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Tuner Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Customer Information

Any customer information including any email addresses received by Tuner Store will only be used in connection with your order, and will not be sold, or transferred to any third party. Periodically, Tuner Store] may wish to communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletter, if for any reason you do not wish to receive email communications from Tuner Store, then you may send an email to tunerstore5@gmail.com with "remove from email list" in the subject, and you will not receive any further email communications from us.

Whether you are placing an order by phone or the INTERNET, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the INTERNET or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
